I hope everyone is staying safe and happy during this very unusual time. :)
As some of you may already know, I have big, exciting news!!
- I have been accepted into a master's degree program for Linguistics at a university in Colorado. It matches my research interests perfectly and I cannot wait to move there and start my long-term journey towards earning a Ph.D.! This will be my second master's degree. My previous degrees were: Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Education and Master of Education. I am so excited for this big step in my career! My ultimate dream is to become a full-time researcher and professor of multilingual education.
- Similarly, I have been hired as a Lecturer for a private university. I will be teaching the introductory seminar of their Master of Curriculum and Instruction program online. Another huge step for my career and professional development! :)
Due to my rapidly-changing and extremely busy schedule, I have adjusted my Cafetalk time-table availability. I hope to be able to have more availability between now and August 24th (the first day of classes!), but I am not sure when that will be. Thank you so very much for your patience.
