This message is one I was hoping to avoid writing.  As you all know, Cafetalk tutors are paid in yen and the drop in value of the yen against the American dollar is significant.  It has been more than a year since the decline of the yen.  Sadly, I will have to raise my lesson fees starting on April 1, 2024.  All lessons will be increased by 100 – 400 yen, depending on the lesson.  I am very sorry that this increase has to take place, as I am aware that the cost of living has gone up for everyone.
 

Before April 1, you can still request lesson packs at the current lesson fees.  The classes in the lesson packs do not need to be completed before April 1. 
 

If these increases are a major concern for you, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
