Are you looking to ace your job or university interview? I am an experienced business manager who has interviewed hundreds of candidates in the past and so I am well placed to offer you advice on the best interview techniques, and perfect model answers. Before your first class, I will send you a 30-page file that contains a whole range of interview questions, some of which are basic and easy to answer, but some are more challenging, e.g. the STAR technique questions. In our class, I will ask you the questions that are most suited to the role you are applying for, then I will give you some tips on how to answer the question, then I will let you answer like you would in the real interview. I will listen to your answer and then, if necessary,  provide you with feedback on how you can improve your answer, both from a content and language point of view. If you need help preparing your CV or resume, I also offer this service. I have helped many students with my interview classes who were then offered senior positions in some of the world's leading companies, and places on courses in esteemed universities.

In this lesson, I will help you develop your conversation skills by introducing you to a topic on which we can have a discussion. I will send you some learning material before your class begins so you can read it and prepare for the session. Throughout your lesson, I will correct any mistakes that you make, suggest new vocabulary and use the message box to type notes for you to review after the session. I cover the following areas: general conversation, new vocabulary and word definitions, idioms / phrasal verbs, reading practice, vocabulary check (of reading material), comprehension check (of reading material), vocabulary building.
