Hello, I am Mark from New York and I love Japan! I taught English at Gaba for 7 years and I am passionate to teach beginner, intermediate and advanced students conversational English and business English! I graduated from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in Manhattan. After coming to Japan I worked as a man to man teacher for 7 years at Gaba, and taught at a major Japanese bank and large corporation in Tokyo. I love Japanese culture and travelling in Hawaii!
I teach students business English for meetings, presentations and Q&A, and for finance, negotiation, communication and understanding the differences between Japan and International business practices. I customize my lessons with materials and articles about business, society and culture. I always make my lessons educational, inspirational and fun!
