Hi - my name is Shakir Omar, I'm from the Midlands in England.

I live here with my family; my wife and children.

I have a few interests and hobbies, they include: sports, music, African and Asian history, languages and I also love to travel.

In our home we have a passion for language learning, I've been studying Arabic for a few years and my sons study Japanese and hope take the JLPT soon. I also know one or two words in Japanese!

In my lessons I promote a stress free natural learning environment.

My lessons are:

- Designed for each individual student based on their specific needs.

- For learners of all levels from A1 to C2, beginners to advanced.

- Interactive conversation based using authentic learning materials.

I can assist with:

- Exam preparation

- Improving conversational ability

- Business English

- Improving pronunciation

- Grammar
