Hi there!
My name is Marc Bloom. I was born in Cape Town, South Africa and currently live in Amsterdam, Netherlands. I'm a TEFL-accredited English teacher as well as a professional screenwriter. I love movies and writing them, which means I have a great understanding of both the written and spoken word. This also means I’m equally comfortable helping you with both your pronunciation and grammar.
I strongly believe that the best way to learn a language is through conversation and by discussing topics you are passionate about. As you can probably tell, I love movies! They’re a great way to learn the language, in a fun and visual way. So, if you love movies and English, then I’m the perfect teacher for you!
I'm easy going,
and am extremely passionate about helping students achieve a better fluency in English. I have taught students from all ranges of life, helping them to achieve their goals and become better English speakers.
