Nice to meet you, I’m Kino ^^

I started my online tutoring career because
I wanted to help native Korean speakers learn Japanese!
I can’t speak English at all lol

I am not particularly outstanding in any area lol
However, I have been playing soccer and futsal enthusiastically since I was a child, and even after I entered the workforce, I have continued playing in matches! I even have experience playing in national futsal tournaments☆


And the one thing that became my special skill and indispensable for my lessons was...Korean.
I obtained grade 6th, the highest level of TOPIK, through self-study without even studying abroad!
I have been interested in K-POP since I was in junior high school, and I naturally learned Korean because I enjoyed fan-girling over idols.
For many years, I had been able to understand enough words to get by, but I suddenly wanted to test my Korean level, so I solved the past TOPIK questions and found that I did quite well!
I thought, “If I work a little harder, I might be able to do even better!?” which motivated me so much more!!
From there, I spent the next three months learning vocabulary from textbooks, messaging and calling every day with a Korean friend I met on a language exchange app, and solving past TOPIK exam questions...
I was able to reach a level where I thought I could pass the intermediate level!
On the day of the exam, I was so nervous that I thought my heartbeat was louder than the audio of the question during the listening comprehension section lol
I was waiting for the results, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that I grade level 6 on my first attempt, in a single try! It was like a dream come true!!

I was so grateful to my Korean friends who helped me so much! This is when I made up my mind!
I want to return the favor! There must be many people like myself who are studying to take a language exam! Now I want to help them!
Then I thought to myself, well, it’s my turn to teach Japanese!!!



And here I am now lol
