Hello,
My name is Ivor. I am from Pittsburgh in the state of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. I have a B.A. in Criminology and Police Science and graduated from Penn State University. I have served in the United States Marine Corps and upon discharge I became a Police officer until I retired in 2017. During my time as a Police Officer I was also working in a family busiiness as a Chef for our Italian restaurant. I enjoy staying busy and active. I am also a third degree black belt in Karate and am now studying Arnis here in the Philippines. I have a TEFL certification and have been teaching online students mostly from Japan for 5 years now. I have traveled to Japan many times and fell in love with the culture and history. In fact, I have been to 23 prefectures and I still plan to visit many more times in the future. I teach English in a relaxed and fun way. My goal is to get you to be able to speak with confidence in any setting. So, what are you waiting for?
