I'm Luca, a native speaker of both Italian and French and a qualified teacher of each language.

I grew up in Turin (Italy) and in the French-speaking region of Switzerland (Geneva). I trained as a physicist‑engineer at EPFL (Lausanne) and studied psychology at University Paris 8. I hold two master’s degrees in language teaching: Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language (Ca’ Foscari University, Venice, 2021) and Teaching French as a Foreign Language (University of the Antilles, France, 2023). I also have a 230‑hour Level 5 TEFL/TESOL diploma (including 30 hours practical training) from The TEFL Org (2023), so we can use English at the start of Italian or French lessons if you prefer.
 
I’m passionate about helping learners master Italian and French. My lessons are engaging, personalized and focused on real communicative ability — whether you want conversational fluency, exam preparation, or targeted skills (grammar, pronunciation, professional language). I enjoy sharing techniques from my scientific and psychological background to make learning efficient and motivating.

Bonjour !

Je m’appelle Luca et je suis enseignant de français langue étrangère diplômé (Master 2 Didactique du FLE-FLS, Université des Antilles, 2023). J’enseigne le français depuis plus de 10 ans et j’ai accompagné des apprenants de nombreux pays. Récemment, j’ai également été habilité examinateur‑correcteur pour les examens DELF-DALF. Je peux donc vous aider à préparer votre examen de langue française (DELF, DALF, TCF).

Ma formation initiale est scientifique : avant d'enseigner les langues, j'ai longtemps enseigné les mathématiques et la physique au secondaire. Je suis diplômé ingénieur physicien de l'EPFL (Lausanne), l'une des écoles polytechniques les plus prestigieuses au monde. J'ai également une licence de psychologie obtenue à l'université Paris 8.

Je suis patient, calme et respectueux, et j’aime partager ma passion pour les langues. N’hésitez pas à me faire confiance et venez apprendre le français avec moi dès aujourd’hui !

Buongiorno!

Mi chiamo Luca e sono un insegnante di italiano come lingua straniera diplomato (Master ItaLS Didattica dell'italiano a stranieri, Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia, 2021). Insegno l'italiano da oltre 10 anni e ho seguito studenti provenienti da numerosi paesi. Posso aiutarti a prepararvi per gli esami di lingua italiana (CILS, CELI, PLIDA).

La mia formazione iniziale è di tipo scientifico: prima di insegnare le lingue, ho insegnato a lungo matematica e fisica nelle scuole superiori. Sono laureato in ingegneria fisica presso l'EPFL (Losanna), una delle scuole politecniche più prestigiose al mondo. Ho anche una laurea in psicologia conseguita all'Università Parigi 8.
Sono paziente, calmo e rispettoso, e amo condividere la mia passione per le lingue. Non esitare a fidarti di me e veni subito a imparare l'italiano con me!
