Hello! My name is Alexandra and I absolutely love meeting and speaking with people from all over the world! I am well-traveled, currently living in Mumbai India, with this being the fourth country that I have resided in.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, as well as a master’s degree in public health; both from USA universities. I have over twenty years of teaching exercise classes/personal training as well as tutoring all English subjects.

I spent a year in Hong Kong in 2019-2021, teaching and tutoring locals from ages 2 through adulthood at institutions and private tutoring. I taught all aspects of the English language including grammar, spelling, pronunciation, public speaking, reading, writing, conservational, as well as professional corporate language. 

 

Recently, I worked as an online fitness instructor/ personal trainer and as a professional English teacher for three years teaching adults and children of all ages and levels. I am very passionate about teaching, and I am a fun and easy conversationalist. I love to meet people from all over the world and I am excited to start this adventure with you!

Together we can explore not only exercise and English, but other subjects of my expertise that might hold your interest, including but not limited to; Mental health, Health Promotion, Exercise Science/Physiology, Public Health, Personal Training/ Exercise Instruction, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Substance Use Disorders, Industrial Health, Travel, English Language and many more. 

My teaching style is flexible meaning that I will adjust my teaching style to your personal needs and desires. Throughout my over twenty years of teaching, I have learned that every student learns in different ways and capacities, so I believe it is important for me as a teacher/tutor to be adaptable to your needs as a student.

I want to make this a great experience for you to learn, but also to have fun! I am very outgoing and love to talk but equally love to listen and ask questions; I can promise there will never be a dull moment in any of my lessons :) Together, we can learn what works best for you so that you can get the most from me and this teaching platform! am very excited about this opportunity and look forward to getting to know you better; let's connect and learn and grow together!
