WHO AM I ?

I’m a native French speaker from Paris. I’m half Japanese, half African, and growing up with a diverse perspective on French culture has shaped how I approach language instruction. I bring this rich cultural blend into every lesson I teach. ✨

MY LESSONS

＊Beginners (A0 to A2): Using pictures, videos, and quizzes, we’ll make rapid progress while having fun. Adults learn differently than kids, so you won't find any boring texbooks here! From day one, you’ll be speaking French!

＊Conversation Classes (B1 and above): We dive into topics like French culture, French-speaking countries, cuisine, fashion, current events, and more. You'll not only practice your French but also immerse yourself in the culture.

＊Special Requests: Have specific goals or interests? Let me know, and I’ll tailor lessons just for you.✨


MY TEACHING STYLE

＊As a former lawyer, I understand the importance of clear goals. My lessons are relaxed but purposeful, ensuring you leave each session with a sense of achievement. I focus heavily on speaking practice — many students reach an intermediate level and feel stuck when it comes to conversations. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an intermediate learner, we’ll work together to boost your confidence.

＊Cultural insights : I also specialize in explaining cultural differences, providing you with the keys to understanding the French mindset. There’s so much to discover!

＊Having been extremely shy myself, I'm dedicated to helping shy students  gain the confidence they need to speak French comfortably.✨

 

WHO AM I, besides being a French tutor ? 

＊A Polyglot: My language journey started with English, followed by German, Japanese, Chinese, and now Spanish. Learning a language is a marathon, not a sprint and I’m still running!

＊A Music Explorer: I’ve dabbled in several instruments, from the pianoand celloto the Chinese Dong Xiao flute and, more recently, the handpan.

＊A Classical Music Lover: In the summer, I can’t resist the classical music festivals in Europe — Salzburg's being one of my favorites.

＊An Avid Reader: in French, English, even Spanish though I'm a beginner... Always up for a challenge!

＊A Spiritual Explorer: I believe in the power of self-discovery and mindfulness to nurture inner peace and growth. ✨

 


MY EDUCATIONNAL BACKGROUND

Formerly a lawyer, I transitioned to become a certified life coach in 2023. This background enables me to guide you through not just language learning but also personal growth and confidence-building.✨

  • Less than 24hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 24-12hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
