Hello, my name is Mike! Welcome to my page.

I've been a teacher for over 10 years now, beginning my career teaching English in Japan in 2011. Since then, I've gone on to teach primary school children back in the UK and earn my Master's Degree in Education.



Facts about me:

- I have lived and taught in two cities in Japan - Hamamatsu (Shizuoka) and Sagamihara (Kanagawa).

- I climbed Mount Fuji in 2012.



- I love to play the guitar, watch sports and drink coffee.

- I've been studying Japanese since moving to Japan in 2011. As a language learner myself, I understand the importance of regular conversations, exposure to your target language and feedback from a native speaker to help improve your skills.

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 12hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
