Hello! Nice to meet you! My name is Emi.
I’m an ordinary Japanese person living in Japan and studying foreign languages.
Have you ever had trouble with something in your daily life in Japan?
When I studied abroad in Finland, I often found myself struggling because I didn’t understand the language.
For example:
“I don’t know the name of this food when I go shopping!”
“I asked for directions, but I can’t understand the answer!”
“I don’t know how to take the bus!”
I remember thinking, “It would be so nice if there were someone who could help me when I’m having trouble!”
That experience inspired me to join Cafetalk. I’d love to support people who are living in Japan and help make their daily lives a little easier.
If you are having trouble with something in Japan, or if you have ever wondered, “How does this work in Japan?”, please feel free to join my lesson!
I also love Japanese idols, so if you’d like to talk about Japanese idols, I’d be very happy to chat with you!
No problem is too small. Whether you have a difficult question or just a little thing that’s been bothering you, let’s figure it out together.
I look forward to talking with you!
Emi (えみ)
