Hello!
I’m Hakhyun, a Korean language tutor on Cafetalk. Please feel free to call me “Hyeon”!
 
I was born and raised in Pyeongtaek, and I have spent a long time in Seoul and Incheon. Therefore, I believe I can be of great help to those who want to learn standard pronunciation and natural intonation! I also have experience studying in Japan for six months, and since I have obtained the working holiday visa, I plan to live in Tokyo in the near future. If any of you would like to go to South Korea for a working holiday, I can assist you as well.
 
I have a cheerful personality and I really enjoy talking to people. I will teach you gently and carefully so that even those who are learning Korean for the first time can feel at ease and enjoy learning, so please don’t fret. I believe that once you learn to speak Korean, you will be able to experience the joy of connecting more deeply with Korean culture and people!
 
In the lessons, we will focus on free-talking that is enjoyable and tailored to each individual’s interests. Anything from hobbies, traveling, Korean dramas, K-POP, everyday conversation—any thing is welcome! Please feel relaxed and let’s enjoy learning Korean together.
