こんにちは！某大手ヨガスタジオにて約6年ヨガ講師をしていましたMoeです。
スタジオでは45分のパーソナルクラスから40人に渡るグループクラスまで年間約450本以上のクラスを担当。一人一人に寄り添った指導をモットーに多くの人にヨガの魅力を伝えてきました。ハタヨガをベースとして、本質と繋がる練習を継続中。カナダに拠点を移し、セラピストをする傍ら、初めての方向けに不定期でレッスンを提供しています。今回、より多くの方に魅力をお伝えしたいと思いカフェトークでのレッスンも始めていきます。
私生活では、ハイキング、カメラを持ってお散歩や、カフェに行くことが好きです。どうぞ宜しくお願い致します！
Having yoga class for the first time, I was impressed that how deeply I could care about myself in one hour. Since that I am into yoga and keep practicing to connect my essence and true self.
I got yoga training in Japan and I have delivered several types of classes from beginners to advanced, one-on-one to a dynamic group for about 6years.
I will guide you to make more space inside and expand your potential by offering alignment-based practice. I’m happy if it’s gonna be a precious time for you to have a conversation with yourself.
