Hi, I'm Sarah and I've been living in Utsunomiya, Japan since 2014.
I first worked for 3 years in an international kindergarten as a homeroom English teacher. Since spring of 2017, I've been working as an ALT for elementary and junior high school. I also help out with the JHS speech contest each year. Aside from that, I give volunteer English conversation lessons to some students who would like to practice speaking English.
I graduated from an arts college so I'm skilled in the arts department. My hobbies/likes are drawing, doing arts & crafts, singing and playing the guitar, watching anime, reading manga and playing games. I enjoyed teaching my students and having various conversations with them. I hope to continue to help more people learn English and know the importance of learning it through an interesting and fun process. I also would like to make use of my art skills to do some teaching in that field again.
