Hi my name is Tomoe. I am a Japanese language teacher. I was born and raised in Fukuoka, Japan. My interest in learning a foreign language has brought me to study in a university in Taiwan and I majored in a language course.

 

After graduating from the university, I worked in a Japanese company for 2 years.

While working, I successfully completed my 420 hours of Japanese Language Teacher Training Course.

 

I am living in the Philippines. My hobbies are dancing, cooking, and traveling.

I had been teaching the Japanese language on my online classes for 2 years before.

 

My inspiration for being a Japanese language teacher comes from my later experiences in life, participating in Tea Ceremony’s, and learning the art of wearing Kimono (Kitsuke). I believe, for my students, that learning the Japanese culture is equally important as to learning the Japanese language.

 

I will be using Power Point presentation, Microsoft Word, screen sharing, and textbooks in our online class. All of my lessons are for beginner and intermediate only.

 

I am looking forward to teaching you.
