Hello!
My name is Justin Shim and I am from Los Angeles, California, currently residing in Gifu prefecture in Japan!
I have been teaching English during my stay here and I have experience in both a classroom setting as well as private tutoring sessions.
Now I hope to move that to the online space, and assist YOU with your English goals today.
I love to meet new people and network, and my hobbies include Basketball, Working out, making music, and many other things. I pride myself on my variety of interests and ability to connect with anyone!
My style of teaching can be summed up with two words: Freely, Creatively. I think people learn conversational abilities the best through actual conversation, and my promise is that a session with me will never go stale. I am a master at small talk, and big talk alike. So whether you would like to discuss the weather or global current events, I'm right there with you!
My focus is mainly on things like pronunciation, sentence structure, and vocabulary, so if those are things you would like to work on, I should be the perfect match!
