こんにちは、ヨガインストラクターの「Naho」です。

インドでヨガを始め、
歴史ある学校で講師になるための
トレーニングを修了しました。
帰国後、ヨガ講師として東京のヨガスタジオで
講師の経験を積み、その後、国立大学の職員向け
レッスンや海外で企業向けレッスンを担当したりと
幅を広げています。

大切にしていることは、全てを学びとし、
自分を成長させていくことです。


クラスは呼吸法・アーサナ(エクササイズ)・瞑想(リラクゼーション)で構成しています。
インドの伝統を大切にしているクラスです。
初めてヨガをされる方やヨガをもう少し深く学んでみたい方にもおススメです。
瞑想に興味がある方の入門としてご参加いただくのも良いかと思います。

  • Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
