Hello.
I’m Yukie and I’m a yoga instructor.
Thank you very much for visiting my profile.

I’m a working mom who teaches in yoga studios both in Tokyo and Yokohama. My son is currently 5 years old.

When I gave birth, I became aware of changes in both my body and mind and realized the importance of setting aside time to take a look at yourself. In order to depeen my yoga practice, I attended Yoga Alliance’s AYA BODY ARCHITECTURE RYT200.

I hope to offer fun and detailed lessons to people who have busy lives but want to take a moment to relax and refresh themselves through yoga.

I will make sure to ask you about how your mind and body feels that day so that I can personalize the lesson to best suit your needs.

Please come to class with wearing clothes that are easy to move in and don’t forget to bring drinking water.

Absolute beginners who want to get their bodies moving are more than welcome!

Let’s enjoy yoga together.
