Hello!
I’m Aki, a Yoga Alliance registered instructor living in California.
I currently work as a yoga instructor in California.
My lessons will focus on vinyasa yoga, and will have a flow-oriented sequence.
I welcome both experienced and inexperienced yoga practitioners to join my lessons.
If you can spend around two days a week working on yourself through yoga, your quality of life will improve greatly.
By facing your true self, you will be able to accept yourself more positively, while also being able to treat yourself more kindly.
I believe that yoga has the power to remind us that every day that we take for granted is actually not the norm, and can help transform our bad postures, habits, and even the way we perceive things.
If you are interested in what yoga is like abroad, you are of course welcome to join me. I myself have been continuing with my own studies with various yoga instructor’s in California and from other regions.
Yoga needs not perfect, but practice!
I would be delighted if I could share with you the wonders of yoga and the great potential each and every one of you have!
