Hi, my name is Elise Atkinson! I’m originally from Pennsylvania, USA, and I graduated from New York University in 2024 with a degree in International Relations. In my free time, I enjoy both adventure and relaxation—from exploring new places and cultures to spending quiet time reading or reflecting. My lessons often pull from this mix of interests, so you can expect a variety of engaging topics to keep learning fun and dynamic.
Over the past six years, I’ve lived in Italy, Germany, and Denmark. Most recently, I was an English Teaching Assistant in Taiwan. These experiences have shown me how rewarding it is to connect with people across cultures through language. My teaching style is interactive and casual, with plenty of fun, engaging conversations. I’m a naturally bubbly person, and I love creating a friendly atmosphere where students feel comfortable practicing and growing their language skills.
