Throughout this fun English language class, I will teach you some easy Danish words and fun cultural practices from beautiful Denmark! Join me for a very hygge (cozy) lesson!
Description
In this fun 25-minute class, we will learn a few easy Danish words like Hej (hi) and Tak (thank you). Together, we will look at pictures of Denmark and talk about what we see. You’ll also discover hygge—a Danish idea about coziness and comfort.
We will practice speaking English by sharing what makes us feel cozy, comparing hygge to our own cultures, and playing a game called “Hygge or Not?” where we decide if something is cozy or not.
By the end of class, you will know some Danish phrases, understand what hygge means, and have lots of practice speaking English in a fun way!
