Hello! I’m Rana.

Thank you for visiting my profile!

I am a professional Japanese language instructor with a Ph.D. in Translation Studies and over 10 years of experience teaching Japanese to students from different backgrounds.

I lived in Japan for 14 years, where I studied, worked, and experienced Japanese culture firsthand. My experience allows me to teach not only the language but also the culture, customs, and real-life communication used in Japan.

My lessons are suitable for:

• Complete beginners
• JLPT learners (N5–N2)
• University students
• Travelers to Japan
• Business professionals
• Anyone who wants to improve speaking confidence

My teaching style

Every lesson is personalized according to your goals.

I use a communicative approach based on Can-Do Statements, helping students develop practical Japanese they can use in everyday situations.

Lessons may include:

• Grammar explained clearly

• Reading practice
• Vocabulary building
• Pronunciation correction
