Hello everyone / Hola a todos y todas! My name is Alexandra, and I am a chilean visual artist and English/Spanish art teacher. As a visual artist, I specialize in painting, drawing, printmaking, video art, and installation, but in my classes I like to focus more in drawing and watercolor painting!
This class is for all levels! Where we can learn from the basic elements of drawing and watercolor painting to create unique images that reflect our inner world.
I’m a collaborative and creative person, known for my friendly personality, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
I’m excited to share my skills, learn from others, and be part of your art project while improving your English or Spanish!
I have experience working with children and teenagers in formal and informal enviorments. I worked as an elementary and secondary school art teacher for 2 years, teaching in English. Also I worked in painting oil and watercolor classes for children for almost 10 years.
When we're having fun, our brains form connections faster. Learning art while practicing a new language isn't just efficient — it's joyful. If you love drawing or painting, imagine doing what you love while naturally absorbing English or Spanish.
