こんにちは！初めまして。 ヨガインストラクターのマヨです。 アメリカのサンフランシスコに住んでいます。 ネパールにヨガ修行に行って、伝統的なHatha yogaを勉強してきました。また、レイキヒーリング、サンドヒーリングの取得もしております。 今ヨガは私の人生の一部です。朝起きたら歯を磨く、、と似たような感覚で毎日のルーティーンに組み込まれています。 急にとてつもない不安だか何だか、言葉に出来ないものにおそわれ、何か自分と向き合えるものとして出会ったのがヨガでした。初めは動きやポーズもぎこちなく、他の方や先生を見ては「やっぱり私って。。。」なんてネガテイブになることも多々ありましたが、いつのころからそんな気持ちも薄れ、「自分らしく、自分は自分。」といったようなポジティブな自分が出現していることの気が付きました。自分が嫌いだったところも、なんとなーく少しずつ受け入れることが出来るようになりま
