いつも楽しいストレッチレッスンをありがとうございます。ちょっとした時間を使って効果的に身体をリラックスすることができる動画を作成していただきました。たいへんコンパクトにまとめてありますので、いつでもどこでも行うことができますし、身体も心もスッキリしますのでたいへん重宝しております。通常のストレッチレッスンと併用することで効果が一層高まるのではないかと思います。

I love reading but I found reading in Japanese a bit intimidating but Miyuki Sensei has changed that for me! She has made reading fun and enjoyable and I felt proud of myself for finishing reading two books. She's explained in great and easy detail words so I could understand well what was going on in the story. I'm looking forward to reading more with Sensei!
