喜歡IWA老師的親切感，總是會鼓勵說日文，即使說錯老師也會用比較清楚的解釋方式來說明，上課後也會給予筆記，再來就是上有關討論新聞課程，老師也會準備教材來上課，很充足！

Having studied with her for about five years, I can confidently say she is an outstanding teacher who genuinely invests in her students' progress. Her lessons are well-structured. She consistently revisits complex grammar and advanced vocabulary until they become manageable milestones. She is always punctual, yet remains incredibly patient and encouraging during every session. She is especially supportive when I struggle to express myself in my limited Japanese. Mineco-sensei and I have been reading 吾輩は猫である which is a book I have been very interested in for years now, but could never really understand by myself. Mineco-sensei always prepares thoroughly for each lesson. She makes slides with the words, phrases and grammar for each passage. She also researches the cultural background whenever there's a difficult part or idiom in the text, as well as prepares some sentences for me to read outloud as a practice. We always have a chat about the passage and every single lesson is a lot of fun. I really appreciate all of the work Mineco-sensei puts into lesson prep.
