We share yoga lessons with the feeling that we want to take yoga into our daily lives and develop the supple body and mind in their true forms!
Enjoy a time for yourself, not for everyone else, in a relaxing space. By relieving tension from the body and mind and taking deep breaths, we practice yoga to travel through our own body and mind. Based on hatha yoga, you practice while flexibly adjusting the spine as you breathe. Let's proceed while consulting so that lessons can be tailored to your needs unique to each individual.

Profile
I belonged to a performance company, and started yoga about 10 years ago in order to play a musical instrument, to sing, and to focus on my body while working as an art model. Although I originally enjoyed learning to focus on my breathing and physical sensations, I gradually began to feel changes in my physical and mental health and thinking. Wanting to learn yoga from life itself, stayed in Rishkesh, India, and acquired the US Yoga Alliance RYT200.
Currently, I am in charge of self-held classes, yoga studios in the metropolitan area, and lessons at sports clubs.
