【Career History (Teaching Experience)】
 
As a university student…private tutor, cram school teacher
 
Instructor at the city’s adaptive guidance class, etc. (I applied to become a teacher because of my involvement with students refusing to go to school.)
 
After working as a junior high school teacher (science) for one year, I became an elementary school teacher.
 
In my twenties, I mainly worked as an elementary school teacher.
 
Upon returning to work after childbirth, I worked as a homeroom teacher in a special needs class, providing classroom support for children with AD/HD, ASD, etc. in addition to children in regular classes.
 
After resigning due to moving abroad
…I participated as a volunteer instructor at a supplementary school to provide Japanese language instruction to Japanese students attending a local international school (using Japanese textbooks in the class)
I registered as a Cafetalk tutor (2021.3~)
 

【　Lesson Style　】
☆☆　Each child is unique and so should the teaching methods be.　☆☆
 
Each child is unique and has their own strengths and weaknesses.
There must be a way to improve learning efficiency that suits each and every child.
 
In order to establish study habits, it is important to have 〈study tasks〉 and 〈study procedures〉 that suit the child’s needs.
 
While recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of each child,
 
If they are not good at certain things, we should look for the causes and try to improve them,
 
I believe that 『individualized guidance』 is the best way to improve without denying the child.
 
In addition, I believe that it is important for students to continue learning whilst having fun, which leads to true academic skills.

〈Regarding lesson time changes or cancelation from the tutor’s side〉
Due to family medical issues or other reasons, I may request you to change your lesson time at short notice. I will do my best to avoid such situations, but please be aware of this.
I will also try to be as flexible as possible in rescheduling lessons for children (continuing students) who are taking regular classes due to sudden medical emergencies, etc. (I will not be able to accommodate requests made after the scheduled lesson time, so please make sure to send me a message before the scheduled lesson time).

Teacher’s license Ⅰ (all elementary school subjects, junior high and high school science subjects)
Teacher’s License II (special needs schools for mentally handicapped students, physically handicapped students, and students with medical conditions)
School Psychologist (Member of the Japanese Society of School Psychology, and the Japanese LD Society)
Master calligrapher (Sogeikai Calligraphy Education Academy)
