Hello! Thank you for checking out my profile.
I used to offer stretching muscle training lessons, but I developed a mental illness, a panic disorder.
In order to recuperate mentally and physically, I suspended the lessons and decided to face my own mind.
As I looked at myself and took one step at a time, I made various discoveries and gradually started to regain myself.

Based on this process, I would like to support students who are struggling with the same issues.
I myself suffered from pre-natal and post-natal depression, living abroad as an expatriate wife, living in a new city after returning to Japan
I have had various experiences with panic attacks and panic disorder.
I hope that I can be there for my students and encourage them, even if only a little, in the current situation in Japan where understanding of mental illness is difficult to come by.
 
I also welcome students who don't have a mental illness, but just want to get their feelings out and talk to someone!
