Hello everyone! I’m gon and I’m a yoga instructor.
I used to be part of a musical theater troupe as an actor.
I participated in over 100 performances a year for more than 10 years.
In addition to musicals, I was also involved in straight plays, reader’s theater, pantomime performances.

Now dancing is my hobby. I perform in many events and shows as a professional ballroom dancer. I have also performed in ballets.

I have about 10 years of yoga experience.
I originally began yoga and ballet to supplement my dance training, but the more I did it, the more I felt as though my body was changing before my very eyes.

I hope to use my many years of experience as a performer and dancer to help you in your yoga practice.
