Ever since I was a child, I have always had a hard time living.
I was raised by a strict father, and the only way I could keep myself alive was to work hard, and I found myself spinning in circles.
I wanted to be more at ease, to free myself more, to be neutral without ups and downs.
It was when I started to have such thoughts that I came across "color".
I first learned about personal color and the joy of changing yourself, and now I want to change my inner self!
I learned about color and psychology through color therapy, and now I'm living a completely free life♡
Currently, I mainly offer color therapy sessions in person and online.
◇Experience◇
Before I started learning color therapy, I completed my studies in cognitive behavioral therapy and psychology, exchange analysis (psychology for communication), etc.
However, rather than just saying, "Please talk to me," wouldn't it be easier for you to talk to me based on the color you have chosen?
Wouldn't it be easier to access the root of the problem?
That's how I decided to use color therapy.
I have been studying color therapy for about three years now.
In that period, I have talked to more than 100 people.
My clients range from those who say, "I've been depressed for a long time, and it's been hard to live..." to those who say, "I'm thinking about starting my own business”.
Those who were depressed are now moving toward what they want to do.
The person who was thinking about starting a business said, "I was given a push" and "I now know exactly what I need to do" and after the session, everyone is taking action toward the future they want.
◇About Color Therapy◇
Color is a projection of the subconscious mind, which we are not usually aware of, so color tells us, "Notice this now”. So each time you choose a color, the message you need at that time will change.
The subconscious mind is the place where we store our past experiences.
It is said that the information stored in the subconscious mind creates the world we live in today.
Let go of the negative past, heal it, and rewrite it in a positive way♪
As you do this, you will find yourself more and more comfortable and confident in your actions.
Color therapy is a kind of "self-dialogue"in which I sit in as a color interpreter.

◇Hobbies◇
Exploring and learning about colors and psychological matters is my most hands-on hobby♡
For me, "myself" is the biggest riddle. I enjoy solving this kind of riddle. I can't stop enjoying the realization of "Oh, really?”when I have an “aha” experience or when something is connected to something else.
Other than that, I like to make accessories and sometimes I make earrings and bracelets.
I enjoy making my own accessories in “colors that I feel like I want” to use in my daily life.
I also like anime, manga, dramas, movies, and anything that moves my emotions.
On my days off, I go to the mountain or forest to get in touch with nature, trekking and arching to reset my body and mind, and to recharge my energy♡
