Hello! My name is Robert. I am a Native English speaker from South Africa. I have travelled the world while teaching English to many countries. I would like to share my knowledge and experiences with you..



Teaching Background 

I have a Bachelors degree in Education degree to teach from Elementary to Senior high school. I have over 10 years experience in teaching English to all age groups. I taught in Fukuoka, South Japan for 4 years at the board of education. These were my fondest memories being 'genki' going on to teach at 12 Elementary schools and 3 junior school with students ranging from 6 year olds to 18 year olds. 

At the elementary school, I created lesson plans and activities for the 1st through 6th grade "Foreign Language Activities." At the junior high school, I team-taught English lessons with a JTE (Japanese Teacher of English) and created various activities for grammar lessons. I also helped prepare students for the English Speech Contest (英語暗唱大会) by providing feedback on their pronunciation and intonation. As a teacher, my goal was always to show my students that learning English can be fun!! 

I also have taught in China for 2 years at Elementary and Junior high school creating my own original lessons for students. As well as I also taught in Saudi Arabia for 2 years , lecturing at universities from beginner to intermediate levels. Finally , I have moved to South Korea, I teach at a private Senior high school.



Teaching style 

My teaching style is relaxed and stress free. I would like to know your goals for wanting to study English. I can make lessons to fit your needs and bring in original resources to aid your studies. I also think it's important to practice all 4 skills of reading,writing, speaking and listening in my lessons. Never be afraid to make a mistake or ask me questions. I would like to provide free talk conversations on any topic for practice, counseling, grammar practice and bring your own resources lesson. 

I also specialize in teaching children from grade 1 through to grade 7 in English. My lessons are fun and interactive with many props, songs, games and pictures to keep your little ones occupied! 




My interests and what I can do for you!

My interests include traveling,  photography,  watching movies and gaming. In free talk conversations we can discuss these topics as well. I would also like to offer a counselling lesson as a trial lesson to get to know one and other and make lessons around your goals. I would also provide you with lesson coupons for long term students. 

I know English is a difficult language to master but if you put your faith in me, I will try my best to get you success. So book a lesson and let's start this journey!

こんにちは！私の名前はロバートです。私は南アフリカ出身の英語をネイティブスピーカーです。私は多くの国で英語を教えながら世界中を旅してきました。私の知識と経験を皆さんと共有したいと思います。

指導の背景
 
私は小学校から高校まで教えるための教育学士号を取得しています。私はあらゆる年齢層に英語を教えてきた経験が 10 年以上あります。私は福岡県の教育委員会で4年間教えていました。これは、「元気」が 12 の小学校と 3 つの中学校で 6 歳から 18 歳までの生徒が教えることになった私の最も楽しい思い出です。
 
小学校では、１年生から６年生までの「外国語活動」の指導計画と活動を作成しました。中学校では、JTE（日本人英語教師）と英語のチームティーチングをしたり、文法の授業でさまざまなアクティビティを作成したりしました。また、生徒たちの発音やイントネーションについてフィードバックを提供することで、英語スピーチコンテスト (英語暗唱大会) の準備を手伝いました。教師としての私の目標は、英語を学ぶことは楽しいものだということを生徒たちに示すことでした。
 
私も中国の小・中学校で2年間教え、生徒たちにオリジナルの授業を作りました。サウジアラビアでも2年間教え、初級から中級レベルまで大学で講義をしました。ついに韓国に移住し、私立高校で教えています。

私の教え方はリラックスしていてストレスフリーです。英語を勉強したいというあなたの目標を知りたいです。あなたのニーズに合わせてレッスンを作成し、学習に役立つオリジナルのリソースを提供します。また、レッスンでは読む、書く、話す、聞くの4技能をすべて練習することが重要だと考えています。間違いを恐れたり、私に質問したりしないでください。練習、カウンセリング、文法の練習など、あらゆるトピックに関するフリートークでの会話を提供し、独自のリソースレッスンを持参したいと考えています。
 
私はまた、1 年生から 7 年生までの子供たちに英語を教えることを専門としています。私のレッスンは、お子様が夢中になれるよう、たくさんの小道具、歌、ゲーム、写真を使った楽しくインタラクティブな内容です。
私の興味と私があなたのためにできること！
 
私の興味は旅行、写真、映画鑑賞、ゲームです。フリートークでは、こうした話題についても話し合うことができます。体験レッスンとしてカウンセリングレッスンも行って、お互いのことを知り、目的に合わせたレッスンをしていきたいと思っています。長期受講者にはレッスンクーポンも差し上げます。
