Nice to meet you!
I am Sana, and I work as a personal coach.
I currently reside in the United States.

After graduating, I worked for a major manufacturer and was in charge of human resources for about 12 years.
I have experience in recruiting, organizing training periods, career counseling, planning personnel systems, and more.
I obtained a National Career Consultant Certificate.
I am also certified as a strength coach by Gallup.

Through dialogue,
I would like to support people
to be able to live and work comfortably and
lead an inspiring life “as theirselves.”

【Background】
Born in Hokkaido → Lived in Aichi Prefecture → currently live in the USA

I was born and raised in Hokkaido.
After graduating from Hokkaido University, I moved to Aichi Prefecture for my job.
I am currently in the USA, accompanying my partner on his overseas posting.

I was in charge of human resources at a major manufacturer for about 12 years.
As an HR professional, I will support you in resolving your concerns
based on my knowledge and experience.
(Training experience: I have trained over 3,000 participants)

I have experience in
Recruitment
Organizing training periods
Career counseling
Evaluation system planning
Compensation system planning, and more.

Along the way, I returned to work after about a year of maternity and paternity leave.
As I was interested in career support,
I became a nationally certified career consultant and
a certified strength coach through Gallup.

【Private life】
I am currently raising my 7 year old son^^
I enjoy traveling and getting in touch with nature through outdoor activities.
My most memorable travel destinations are “Salar de Uyuni” and “Machu Picchu!”

Living in the US, I am experiencing different cultures and values,
while living life “as myself” in an inspiring environment.
