I studied Economics and Business Management and worked in the Travel and Tourism industry for 14 years, during which time I visited 30 countries. I also hold a TESOL / TEFL certificate. I started teaching languages (English and French) in 2015. Though I speak French fluently, I prefer not to teach it, but students are welcome to have a conversation with me in French.
As a language teacher, my approach is rooted in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
I believe students thrive when they actively participate in their own learning journey. My classes are interactive and I encourage students to ask questions, share their experiences and express themselves freely. We're partners in this adventure.
Clarity is key. Whether we're discussing grammar nuances or cultural insights, I strive to explain concepts in a straightforward manner. No jargon - just plain language that resonates with learners.
All students over the age of 12 are welcome, regardless of your level. I also offer a freed introduction lesson for 15 minutes, so we can get to know each other better and I can determine your needs!
In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, watching movies and hanging out with friends and family.
I look forward to meeting all of you soon.
