Greetings!

Just a few words about me - having over 25 years of English teaching experience, I was born and raised on America's East Coast and spent half my life living, working and studying all over the United States. While traveling abroad during my studies, I decided that once I finished university, I wanted to discover the adventure of living in Europe and have been here ever since!

 Credentials/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Liberal Arts/General Arts and Sciences - The Pennsylvania State University
  • Cambridge Certificate (TEFLA): University of Cambridge 
As previously stated, I've been working in education, training and coaching for over twenty years with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

I've also helped candidates prepare for the TOEFL iBT, TOEIC, and IELTS exams and provide coaching for MBA admissions.

Teaching Style and Lessons

 I tend to adapt my teaching style to the needs of each individual, as we are all different. I can be casual and conversational or more structured depending on your goals.

My lessons span a wide variety of topics and themes, anywhere from:
  • preparing job interviews 
  • listening comprehension 
  • discussing videos, expressions or texts
  • a friendly chat about your subject of choice
Whatever your aim, I will be there to guide and help you through the lesson to make the time we spend together as rewarding and enjoyable as possible.

Interests/Hobbies

I enjoy cooking, art, music and cinema and exploring and learning about different people and cultures. As an avid traveler, something that has always fascinated me is to live and experience these cultures as if I were a native.



I am also interested in computers, surfing the internet and discovering new technologies.
