Hello! My name is Hanabi, and I am a Japanese and Cantonese teacher. I started studying Japanese at an early age because I was deeply interested in Japanese culture and customs. As I studied, I became more and more fascinated with it, so now when I teach Japanese, I always emphasize on more than just grammar to keep my students interested. When I was a student myself, I was most happy when I won a prize in a Japanese speech contest, which encouraged me a lot.

 

I am now a tutor. I have been teaching Japanese for 8 years. I have taught from junior high school students to adults. I believe that the most effective way to teach is through various teaching methods, depending on the level of the students, not just one. Above all, I think it is most important for students to be curious.
