Hello! My name is Stephanie, and I’m passionate about teaching English and music to learners of all ages. With over 20 years of experience—from mother-and-baby classes to programs for adults in their 90s—I love creating playful, engaging, and interactive lessons that make learning feel natural and joyful.
I live in Japan with my Japanese husband and our 16-year-old miniature poodle, Karin. In my free time, you’ll find me singing, reading, camping, hiking, taking long walks, and always exploring new, creative ways to make learning fun for everyone.

Tutor Stephanie has been teaching English for 9 years and vocal singing for over 20 years. About 7 years ago, when she became a part-time housewife, she began exploring the art of cooking—learning and perfecting her family’s recipes and sharing them with family, friends, and her students in Japan.
