The 4th largest city of Morocco: Marrakech. A medieval district that is a maze of streets. It is also a popular tourist destination with many photogenic landscapes.

The ruins of Timgad

Timgad was an ancient Roman colonial city built around 100 AD by the then Roman Emperor Trajan.
After centuries of development, the city was buried by a massive earthquake in the 8th century, and was only discovered about 1,000 years later. The city was buried in the sand for many years and is well preserved, and is called the "Pompeii of Africa".

Tunisia

Tunisia is home to the delicious couscous, a kind of pasta dish. It is a country rich in emotion. The cultural sites include buildings from the period of French colonial rule, the ruins of Carthage from ancient Roman times.

Egypt

Official Language: Arabic

Abu Simbel Temples

The Abu Simbel Temples are said to have been built around 1300 B.C. by hollowing out a large rock.
The temples were threatened with submersion due to a dam construction project in the 1960s, but a campaign by UNESCO to relocate and protect the site averted the danger. This event led to the birth of the concept of "World Heritage Sites".

Nigeria

Landscape of Lagos: the largest city in Nigeria

Lagos, Nigeria is one of the largest cities in all of Africa, with a population estimated at over 10 million.
It was once the capital of Nigeria, but the capital was moved to Abuja in 1976. However, it has continued to function as Nigeria's economic and cultural center to this day, and many foreign companies have established their West African operations in Lagos.

Cameroon

The most popular sport in Cameroon is soccer / football.
Former Cameroonian national team footballer Samuel Eto'o, who retired in 2019, is one of the most popular players and has won numerous honors, including the African Player of the Year award which he won four times, he's also the all-time leading scorer in the history of the Africa Cup of Nations.

Crowned crane: national bird of Uganda

Uganda is known as the "Pearl of Africa" for its abundant water and greenery, and its beautiful nature.
In particular, the country is home to more than 1,000 species of wild birds, attracting bird lovers from all over the world for the purpose of bird watching.
Uganda's national bird, the crowned crane, is even featured on the country's flag.

Kenya

Wild animals in Maasai Mara National Reserve

Kenya is rich in nature and is home to a variety of wildlife. There are many national parks and reserves to protect the country's animals and plants.
The Maasai people, famous for their traditional rituals involving dancing, chanting and repetitive jumping, are originally nomadic, but now many of them have settled in cities and make a living as tourist guides.

Zimbabwe

Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls, located on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia, is considered one of the three largest waterfalls in the world, along with Niagara Falls in North America and Iguazu Falls in South America.
Rainbows are often seen as the water plumes rise so high that they can be seen from 20 kilometers away.

Botswana

Official Languages: English

Chobe National Park, located in northern Botswana, is home to a large population of African elephants, and is said to have the largest population of elephants in the world.
Botswana is rich in touristic options, with many nature reserves and national parks, and is also notable for its national eco-tourism program, which focuses on environmental protection.

South Africa

Official Languages: English, Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa, Northern Sotho, Sotho, Swazi, Southern Ndebele, Tsonga, Tswana, Venda
