ピラティスに興味があり、レッスンを受講しました。ゆっくりした運動かなと勝手に考えていましたが、筋トレ系のレッスンでした。ただ、激しい運動ではなく自分のペースでレッスンを受けることができました。講師は都度、きつくないか聞いてくれました。レッスン後はスッキリした気持ちになりました。ありがとうございました。

Mai was very kind and patient, taking her time to make sure that I had my body in the correct position. She was careful to also ask before starting if there were any injuries that were problematic for me. She would also make sure to check her screen after demonstrating the exercise, to make sure it was being done right, but she would also do the exercises with me as well. It was a very nice experience.
