Start the day the right way!

For me that might be a run, a Yoga session, or a bodyweight strength training circuit.

Think you don't have any time?
Wake up earlier!

Just for the record - the time on this watch is incorrect!

However you choose to start your day - make sure it fits in line with your goals.

If you are trying to lose weight - why would you eat a big greasy and salty cooked breakfast when you could have a green smoothie, a bowl of fruit, or simply not eat until lunch?
If you are nervous about an upcoming exam - why would you spend two hours browsing social media when you could be working to elimate your weak areas through targeted revision?
If you hate your job and want to quit - why are you wasting your even watching Youtube videos when you could be searching for a new job that will satisfy you mentally and spiritually?

Most of us run on 'autopilot' and simply don't think about our actions.

Mindfulness is the key here, and when we take note of our every action - we stop doing things we later regret.

I am still learning, and it is a journey that will take a lifetime!
