この言葉は、日本独特で仕事や勉強を頑張っている人を労ったり励ましたりする言葉です。職場で、誰かとすれ違う時などに使います。
　私の職場でも、外国の方も「Otukarasama Desu」と言ってくれます。通訳しようとしても当てはまるものがないので、そのまま意味のニュアンスを伝えて覚えてもらいました。
