Find what brings you joy in life

Hello, everyone. How’s it going? It’s Teacher Asuka.

Today, I’m going to talk about ‘what brings you joy’.

What do you think about this?

Although it’s up to you to evaluate what brings you joy and happiness, I think it might be important how you look and think the things you’ve already have or experienced.

I will pick up and share some mindsets which always bring us joy and happiness in every situation in life as follows:

staying safe and healthy

a comfy home

good food on the table

a job or skill for bringing up your talent and make a living

good books or films that can change life completely

comfortable music

favorites

positive mindset

forgiveness

the people who can respect from the heart

sense of balance that makes you relaxed

the people I love

being surrounded by the people who bring up the best in you

being surrounded by the people who let you be you

being yourself, not comparing with others…and so on.

As I grow, I have realized that all you need to live are such simple and loving things, in short, how much you have in your heart, not how much you have in your bank account.

Moreover, I’d like to share four more important words in life:  “love”, “honesty”, “truth”, and “respect”. These "four words" are always giving us inspiring a lot. Without these in your life, there’re nothing in life.

Finally, please keep in mind the following secret tips for the fruitful life:

“Do good for others as much as possible. It will come back to you in unexpected ways.” , “A Negative mindset will never give you a positive life.”, and last but not least, “ Enjoy your life to the fullest, because life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets.”

Thank you for reading or listening this time as well.

See you next time!
