Tom peeps

A "peeping Tom" connotes a negative meaning, it generally means someone gets excited in trying to look or watch something in secret. A male voyeur is a peeping Tom. According to a story (Wikipedia carries it), Godiva, not the chocolate, but the Lady, was a noblewoman from the 10th century who was married to an Earl who imposed excessive tax to his people. Lady Godiva pleaded to her husband again and again to end the unjust taxation until one day exasperated from her pleas, he said, "only if you can ride a horse naked around the town". She took him for his word and did just that, after ordering everyone to stay indoors so they would not see her. A tailor named Tom defied the order and peeped as she passed. Thus, the "peeping Tom".

Tom cats are male felines who are intact, still complete, not neutered. They peep too, innocently, just like the one in the picture. Did you notice him? I knew two eyes were staring at me while I was taking my walk one morning, so I turned my eyesight up, left, right and down, there he was, a peeping Tom cat, am I glad I was holding my phone and caught a shot.
