今まで食べた中で一番変わった食べ物。
それは ”เมี่ยงคำ ミヤンカム” です。
タイやラオスの道端で売られているようです。
わたしは、まだ1回しか食べたことがありません。
でも、また食べたいです。
葉っぱの中には、
しょうが、にんにく、ライム、ナッツ、干しエビなど入っています。
おかし？なのか、なんなのか、よくわかりませんが、チェンマイに行く途中に
バスの中で食べたミヤンカムは最高でした！！
