Some useful expressions of frequency to use during the IELTS Speaking Test when talking about hobbies/activities:
⌚ every other day (once every two days)
⌚ on a daily basis (every day)
⌚ whenever I can (as often as possible)
⌚ every now and then (from time to time)
PRACTICE: Think of an activity/hobby you like to do. Using the expressions above, describe how often you do it.
