「糖畫」是台灣的一項傳統民俗技藝，據說現在全台只剩下不到10位的糖畫師傅。它的做法是先將糖高溫熬煮過，利用糖膏的延展性，在冷卻變硬之前，勾勒出想要的圖案。「糖畫」不只是種藝術創作，吃起來焦香苦甜的滋味，也同樣令人難忘。

"Sugar painting" is a traditional folk skill in Taiwan. It is said that there are less than 10 sugar painting masters left in Taiwan.It's method is to boil the sugar at high temperature and use the malleability of the syrup to outline the desired pattern before cooling and hardening."Sugar painting" is not only an artistic creation, but also has an unforgettable burnt, bitter-sweet taste.
