食感の表現いろいろ②

前回に引き続き、食感の表現を紹介します!


・Smooth「なめらか」

 I love the smooth consistency of this pumpkin soup.


・Thick「ドロっとした」「濃厚な」

 This tonkotsu ramen soup is very thick.


・Creamy「クリーミー」

 This gelato has a very creamy texture!


・Moist「しっとり」

 This brownie is moist on the inside.


・Sticky「べとべと」「ネバネバ」

 Oops, my fingers are sticky because I got maple syrup on them.


・Gooey「べとべと」「ネバネバ」

 Natto has a gooey, sticky texture.

 納豆のように糸を引く場合、stringy(糸っぽい)とも言えます。


・Soft「やわらかい」

 Brie is a soft cheese.


・Tender「(お肉が)やわらかい」

 I love how tender this chicken is!


・Melt-in-your-mouth「口の中で溶ける(食感)」

 The otoro tuna sashimi has a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

 Wow, this otoro tuna sashimi melts in your mouth! とも表現できます。


・Tough「(お肉が)硬すぎて噛みにくい」

 I found the steak a little tough.


・Soggy「(水を含んで)ふやけてしまった」

 It’s best to eat ramen right away. Otherwise, the noodles will get soggy!
