にほんごカフェのマスターのつぶやき、、Just Some Thoughts from the Nihongo Café Owner

にほんごカフェを開店して早4か月。これまで、いろんなお客さんがきてくれて、ありがたいかぎりです。
でも、満足してもらったかなあ、?
おいしい料理を出したつもりでも、お客さんの口にあわないと、また来てくれないし。
お客さんに おいしいって おもってもらえるカフェにしたい! うん、がんばろう!!
「また来てください!」って言っても、おいしくなかったら来てもらえないし!
お客さんが、また来たいって思うお店をめざしてがんばらないとなあ!!^^

It’s already been four months since I opened our Japanese language café.
Many customers have come by, and I am truly grateful.
But…I'm wondering if they were satisfied?
Even if I think I served delicious food, if it doesn’t suit their taste, they won’t come back.
I want this café to be a place where customers genuinely think, “That was delicious!”
Yes—I’ll keep doing my best!!
Even if I say, “Please come again!”—if the food wasn’t good, they won’t.
I really have to work hard to make this a place customers want to come back to!
